WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR ORDERING?
Wednesday at 1 pm.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We currently serve Boston: downtown, back bay, financial district, dorchester, southie, north end. We also have pick up locations at Crossfit Southie and Lifted Fitness, both in South Boston.
WHEN DO YOU DELVER?
Deliveries occur on SUNDAY between 4pm and 9pm
CAN I PICKUP AT YOUR KITCHEN?
We do not offer a kitchen pickup option. Should you need another pickup option, please emails us at email@example.com to coordinate a special request. We are here to help.
DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR DELIVERY?
Yes. If you live in a building that requires access for the driver to get in, you MUST be home for delivery. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the accurate address but are stolen due to inability to access your home/building. Our drivers photograph where each box is left so we can ensure accurate delivery. If the box was delivered to your requested address and was then taken/stolen, Soulfu3l is not responsible. Please be sure to specify your delivery instructions (access codes, location to leave box, etc) in your notes.
WHERE ARE YOUR PICK UP LOCATIONS?
Currently we have two pickup locations. For Crossfit Southie (385 Dorchester Ave South Boston 02127) when you pull into the parking lot it is the building on the right. Walk in all the way to the front desk and the fridge is located over to the right. Help yourself! You can pick up your order on Sundays between the hours of 9am-1pm or anytime on Mondays 5:30 am - 8 pm. For Lifted Fitness (803 Summer St. South Boston MA 02127) simply park in the lot, walk into the main entrance and take the elevator down to the basement. Fridge is located on the right hand side next to the front desk when you walk in! Help yourself! Orders can be picked up on Mondays from 5:45 am -1:30 pm and also 4:30-8pm.

I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW IT WORKS OR THE MENU. CAN YOU EXPLAIN?
Each week we come out with a new menu. We believe less is more & want to make healthy eating simple & accessible. So every week we offer one breakfast option, one lunch option, one dinner option, and our staples (that are on every week) tuna Waldorf salad, Banana Cacao Muffins, and Truth Nuggets.
You can choose a la carte or pick a plan/package. Our most loved is “Balance”. Every package/plan again contains the same breakfast, lunch, and dinner that is on the menu for that specific week.
IS THIS A SUBSCRIPTION?
Nope!! You are free to come and go as you please. We believe our food & soul is enough to speak for itself. That being said we hope you return again and again!
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
Our minimum for delivery is $80.
WHERE IS THE FOOD MADE?
All meals are prepared and cooked in Commonwealth Kitchen- a commerical licensed kitchen right in the heart of Dorchester, MA.
TELL ME ABOUT THE PACKAGING.
Our compostable meal containers are 100% plant-derived, allergen free, and non-toxic. They are 100% gluten-free and both oven* and microwave safe. Our products are made from a variety of compostable materials, which currently include: compostable PLA plastic made from cornstarch, wheat straw, and sustainable paper alternatives.
*Lids are not oven/microwave safe. When using a conventional oven, place your container on a sheet tray and do not heat over 375 degrees or more than 30 minutes.
DOES THE MENU CHANGE?
Yes, weekly! Every Sunday at noon we post our new menu for the following week.
ARE YOU CERTIFIED GLUTEN FREE?
No. We do not use gluten in our meals and everything we sell is gluten friendly. The kitchen space that we use is a shared space that allows other businesses to prepare their foods in the kitchen on days we are not there. Because we do not have 100% control of what others bring into the kitchen, we cannot guarantee. We CAN promise you that everything we serve you is 100% gluten free and at no time do we use gluten in our production.
CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE ALLERGIES?
All of our products have an ingredient list. We adhere to this list very close and never modify without warning or notation.
WHAT IS THE 3?
The 3 represents the what we believe are the pillar of a happy healthy life.
MOVEMENT: move in a way that makes you feel good, powerful, and empowered.
FOOD: eat real whole foods that make you feel energized and alive.
SOUL: the third most important pillar of happiness. Connection, friendships, adventure, art, music, animals….all the things in your life that bring you joy, make you lose track of time, and take away all your worries. When you have Soulfu3l, it gives you your WHY. It gives you purpose and motivation to be the best version of you!
WILL I LOSE WEIGHT?
Maybe. Maybe not. But we KNOW you will FEEL better, have increased energy, and notice the positive changes in your life. Because real food has nutrients. And you're less tempted to overeat or use these foods emotionally, which could very well lead to weight loss.
.HOW MANY CALORIES ARE IN YOUR MEALS?
Here's the thing. All calories are not created equal, and therefore that makes them a not so ideal way of measuring how healthy your meal is. When you eat real, whole foods, your body regulates for you naturally. Instead of focusing on calories, we focus on ingredients and nutrients, which is why we tell you absolutely EVERYTHING that we use to create our meals. We pride ourselves on transparency and are happy to answer any questions you may have.
WHERE ARE THE NUTRITION FACTS?
Complete nutritional information is currently not available. We are working towards achieving this goal in the very near future.
SO THEN WHAT ARE THE PORTIONS?
Our meals typically have 4oz or 6 oz of protein, 1-2 tbsp of a healthy fat, and a serving of nutrient dense carbs. And of course vivacious vibrant veggies!
